20-Year-Old to Hang for Defiling, Strangling Niece-Zambia
A 20 year old man of Choma in Southern Province has been sentenced to death by hanging for defiling and strangling his three-year-old niece.
Livingstone High Court judge Kenneth Mulife sentenced Kent Chuulu to death for defiling and strangling his niece and attempting to illegally dispose of the body in a bush.
The crime was committed on May 25, 2019 after Chuulu had sent away everyone who was at the house, thereby creating an opportunity for him to commit the offence.
