No plans to transport Covid-19 samples interstate-NCDC
NCDC was responding to the comments uttered by the ” Commissioners of Information and Health in Cross River State” which said that concerns has been raised about using GeneXpert machines to test coronavirus which are currently being used in in tuberculosis diagnosis. NCDC said that using the machines will significantly scale up testing for Covid-19 and improve turn around time.
