Over 11.3 Million Confirmed Cases of Covid-19 Across Continent
As of March 26, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 11,356,745 while over 268,511,306 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 251,506 and 9,514,627 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,710,766 and 99,939 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,162,841 ) , Tunisia ( 1,033,731 ), Libya ( 501,420 ), Egypt ( 500,889 ), Ethiopia ( 469,604 ), and Kenya ( 323,350 ).
