R-LOGITECH Grows Revenue To 266.7 Million Euro In Q1, 2022

R-LOGITECH recorded a significant increase in revenue in Q1 2022. Revenue increased more than 40 per cent to 266.7 million euro compared with 190.7 million euro in Q1 2021.

The firm’s adjusted EBITDA rose by 15 per cent to 35.2 million euro, compared with 30.7 million euro in Q1 2021.

The Chief Executive Officer of R-LOGITECH, Frédéric Platini said: “We are very pleased with the performance of R-LOGITECH in Q1 2022, well ahead of budget, benefiting from a strong performance from our port terminals both across Europe and in emerging markets. Despite the crisis, our business is resilient and expanding due to our focus on essential commodities across all the regions in which we operate. We handle agribulk, paper & pulp, sugar, fertilisers, metals and minerals, whilst also capturing many fast-growing products and equipment such as wind turbines. R-LOGITECH secures its leading global position as an integrated bulk and breakbulk infrastructure company with leading logistic services in the freight forwarding business. “

Positive outlook for Europe, Africa markets

As a leading port infrastructure operator and complementary logistics services provider with a global presence in more than 40 countries, R-LOGITECH offers vertically integrated solutions (maritime terminal services and logistics solutions) to its customers across the regions, offering world-class services on the African continent. The firm’s business operations have expanded and delivered strong Q1 2022 results, which are significantly above budget and the previous year’s Q1 financial results. Q1 2022 results were supported by increased volumes across products in both Europe and Africa.

R-Logitech recently acquired Port of Hanko (Finland), which is situated along a main trade route through the Baltic Sea. This acquisition has created a cluster of R-Logitech terminals also including

Rostock, Ghent and Antwerp which provides an unparalleled service offering to customers across the Baltics, unmatched by other standalone ports in the area.
